At Plett Deliveries, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality food and efficient delivery services. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds

- Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items – If an item is missing from your order, we will either provide a refund for the missing item or arrange for redelivery.
- Poor Food Quality – If food arrives spoiled or inedible, please contact us immediately with photo evidence, and we will investigate. Refunds or redeliveries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or high demand) unless they exceed 60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time.
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Food that has been partially or fully consumed.
- Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
